These Terms of Service govern your use of the WEXARO website and your purchase of products from WEXARO. Throughout these Terms, “WEXARO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WEXARO, operated by ZatoCase LLC.

3. Product Versions and Device Recognition
Certain products may be offered in different versions with different features.
For the TORRAS FlashEye-Dot Smart Display Charger currently offered by WEXARO:
Classic Version: supports on-screen recognition for iPhone 15–17 series.
iPhone 18 Edition: supports on-screen recognition for iPhone 15–18 series.
Both versions can charge compatible everyday USB-C devices. The distinction above concerns the supported on-screen iPhone recognition feature and should not be interpreted as limiting general USB-C charging compatibility.
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate product version before completing their purchase.
4. Pre-Order Products
Certain products or variants may be sold as pre-orders.
Currently, the Burgundy and Glacier Blue variants of the TORRAS FlashEye-Dot are pre-order items and correspond to the iPhone 18 Edition.
These pre-order variants are scheduled to ship within 15 days after purchase.
The 15-day period refers to the time before shipment and does not represent a guaranteed delivery date.
Other currently available colors are not subject to this pre-order processing period unless specifically indicated on the product page.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Incorrect product or pricing information
- Product unavailability
- Payment authorization issues
- Errors affecting an order
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website, which is currently USD, unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and fulfillment are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times displayed on our website or provided by shipping carriers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

WEXARO is a retailer and is not the owner of the TORRAS trademark. References to TORRAS and FlashEye-Dot identify the products offered for sale and do not, by themselves, imply that WEXARO owns those trademarks.
